When you visit a Southern Conservation Trust nature area you can expect a clean and accessible area that allows you to experience nature in its purest form; however, this standard would be impossible to maintain without the help of our amazing volunteers.
Each month volunteers participate in a Saturday Sweep where they pick up litter, tend to gardens, maintain trails and facilities, and exhibit exceptional stewardship.
We hope you will join us this fall in our continued efforts to keep our nature areas beautiful!
For more information on volunteer opportunities, please visit our website or reach out t0 our Volunteer Coordinator, Gage Williams at [email protected].
*Saturday Sweeps are typically from 8:30am-12:30pm
*As project requests come in, more public service dates will be scheduled.
