The Third Annual Run the Ridge 5K is mostly flat and gentle, following the outside perimeter of the park bounded by the confluence of Ginger Cake Creek and Whitewater Creek. You can expect a few hills but gentle, non-technical trails. This is a great course for a beginning trail runner. Walkers are also welcome, but no baby joggers, please.
