Summer Camps

Camp WILD will be held for two weeks, one week at Line Creek Nature Area in Peachtree City and one week at our new SCT Nature Center in Fayetteville. Campers ages 6-9 will experience the outdoors through a series of environmentally engaging programming. Within the Curriculum, partners including: The Southern Crescent Storytellers, local wildlife experts, and lecture/demonstrations by researchers from Clayton State to teach campers how to help protect turtles and their nests.

The week-long Outdoor Adventure Camp invites campers ages 10-13 to participate in a variety of outdoor activities including archery, tree climbing, wilderness navigation, fishing, backcountry skills, and Leave No Trace principles and practice. The camp will be held at several of our public nature areas across Fayette County.

We do not have volunteer opportunities available for summer camp. However, if you are looking for ways to help out, we could use donations of the following supplies. Please email caroline@sctlandtrust.org if you are interested in making a donation.

You can also contribute to our camp scholarship fund, which helps kids attend camp who might not be able to on their own.
