Park Partners will become ambassadors of SCT public nature areas.
A Park Partner is a volunteer position that will regularly check-in with the Volunteer and Outreach Coordinator.
Park Partners will work at their designated nature area and commit to at least four hours a month of time volunteering. They will assist in park maintenance through trash pickup, graffiti removal, trail maintenance, and other needs. They will also report any issues/concerns to the Volunteer and Outreach Coordinator.
Park Partners will act as ambassadors to the public while out at their nature areas. They represent not only the Park Partners program but the Southern Conservation Trust. Park Partners must have the ability to communicate with park visitors but also understand their limitations and direct park visitors to the appropriate outlets.
