The Ridge is a beautiful nature area located in the center of Fayette County, entirely within the city limits of Fayetteville, Georgia.  You can read more about the nature area here.

Our race course is mostly flat and gentle, following the outside perimeter of the park bounded by the confluence of Ginger Cake Creek and Whitewater Creek.

You can expect a few hills but gentle, non-technical trails.  This is a great course for a beginning trail runner.  Walkers are also welcome, but no baby joggers please.

VOLUNTEERS

Running at the RidgeWe need your help!  Putting on a race like this requires help and some of the volunteer positions can be worked AND you can still run the race.

Sign-up online here: Online volunteer signup (using SignUpGenius.com).

PARKING

We will be able to accommodate parking in the park itself, but please try to carpool if you can.  Carpooling is easier on the environment and will allow us to fit more cars in.  The Ridge is located at the south end of Burch Road in Fayetteville, Georgia.
