Environmental education is a key focus of our Nature Center. Through engaging exhibits, educational programs, and hands-on activities, we aim to inspire the next generation of environmental stewards. Children can participate in interactive demonstrations, engaging games, and guided nature walks that promote a deeper understanding of ecological systems, sustainable practices, and the importance of preserving our natural resources.
The Fayette Environmental Education Center now offers glass recycling in partnership with Ripple Glass. Stop by the nature center annex building at 455 Beauregard Blvd. to pick up a Ripple Glass recycling bag. Simply fill the bag and bring it back to add to the big purple glass recycling receptacle.
