Get ready for an exciting day at Backroads Bites & Brews, where the community comes together to enjoy live music, delicious bites, and outdoor activities for all ages!

Our mission is to foster a sense of community while raising crucial funds to support the Southern Conservation Trust’s ongoing efforts in environmental stewardship, education, and the expansion of recreational programs across our protected nature areas. All proceeds will directly contribute to conserving local lands, enhancing public access to nature, and supporting educational programs that inspire the next generation of environmental leaders.

What to Expect

Live Music: Enjoy performances by the Sweet Auburn String Band!

Bites: Savor mouthwatering variety of sliders (Chicken Salad, Chicken Tender, Pulled Pork, Shredded Beef, Veggie Wrap) and sides (Fresh Fruit Salad, Potato Salad, Pasta Salad, Lays Chips). Scrumptious beignets and coffee fresh to order by Beignets and Brews of Peachtree City.

Outdoor Activities: Participate in a variety of fun outdoor recreation activities - Kayaking, Archery, Tree Climbing, Scavenger Hunt, and Fishing.

Kids Area: We will have a fantastic lineup of activities for kids - Face Painting, Bounce House, Crafts, Pollinator Planting, Sweet Treats, and Native Animal Plushie Adoptions.

Educational Programming: Learn about local ecosystems and conservation efforts through engaging activities and demonstrations from Southern Conservation Trust, Fayette County Extension Office, AWARE Wildlife Rescue, Georgia Reptile Society, Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta, Alō Farms, and Honey Girl Honey.

Additional Highlights: J&M Pools, Mays Tractor Service, Touch-a-Truck, Alloy Training, Senoia Bicycle, and The Bonded Bar Permanent Jewelry.

Ticket Information

General Admission - $40

Includes activities, food voucher, unlimited non-alcoholic beverages, & Line Creek Brewing Beer (ages 21+)

Members can log into their Member Portal to purchase tickets, and the discount will be applied at checkout.

Kids Admission (Ages 5-12) - $15

Includes activities, food voucher, & unlimited non-alcoholic beverages.

Kids Admission (Ages 4 and under) - FREE

Includes activities, food voucher, & unlimited non-alcoholic beverage.

What is the location for the event?

Scarbrough Pavilion is located on Rowland Road in Brooks, GA. Google Maps recognizes its name as a venue. You can also use the address: 135 Rowland Road; Brooks, GA 30205.
Will you sell tickets on the day of the event?

It’s possible! However, we plan to sell out!
Is the event rain or shine?

This event is rain or shine. However, In the case of severe weather, cancellation of Backroads Bites & Brews may be considered. If this situation arises, The Southern Conservation Trust will convert your purchase into a 100% tax-deductible donation to support the expansion of our conservation and education efforts. You may redeem your ticket at our 2026 Backroads Bites & Brews.
Can I bring my children?

Yes! This is a family-friendly event! Tickets for children ages 5-12 are $15 and children 4 and under are free.
Can I bring my pet?

We love our pets! However, due to this being an event focused on delicious cuisine and in consideration of the venue, please refrain from bringing your pet.
